Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the SCORE BOX mobile application (the "Service") operated by Musashi Tsunoda ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Musashi Tsunoda cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Musashi Tsunoda customer support team.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Musashi Tsunoda with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Musashi Tsunoda to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Musashi Tsunoda and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
